Hello and welcome to my Smudging Workshop!

Join me on Saturday, February 15th, for an in-depth exploration of spiritual cleansing, an ancient tradition that dates back thousands of years. During this workshop, we will uncover the reasons and methods behind smudging, a practice cherished by our ancestors.

Workshop Highlights:

Understanding Smudging:
- Discover the significance of spiritual cleansing and why it is essential in our modern lives.
What to Smudge:
- Learn about smudging various aspects of your life, including your home, office, yourself, and personal items. Did you know that energy can cling to objects? Anything you purchase carries energy—whether good or bad. Even a simple trip to Trader Joe's can transfer someone's energy onto you!
Why Smudge?
- Delve into the benefits of smudging, also known as spiritual cleansing. This ritual typically involves burning herbs like sage, cedar, rosemary, or woods like Palo Santo to purify spaces, bodies, or objects. While commonly used to clear negative energy, smudging has many additional uses.
Hands-On Guidance:
- Receive step-by-step instructions on using different herbs and learn about their unique properties. Gain a thorough understanding of how to cleanse your home and space, an introduction to Chi—the energy that surrounds us all—and explore other methods for removing trapped and unwanted energies, such as sound, music, and oils.
Create Your Own:
- At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own Smudging Feather Bouquet to take home (like the one I created).
